Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — such as your preferences or whether you have already consented to cookies — so that you do not have to repeat actions on each visit.

Most websites use cookies to function properly. You can control whether cookies are stored on your device, though disabling some types may affect how the site works for you.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies Always active

Required for the website to function. These include your cookie consent choice stored in localStorage. They cannot be turned off.

Duration: Session or up to 12 months

Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited most, how long visitors stay, and general patterns. Data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals. Example: Google Analytics.

Duration: Up to 26 months

Marketing Cookies

Used to display relevant information to you on other platforms after you have visited our site. These may be set by advertising partners such as Google Ads or Meta (Facebook). We only use these where you have given consent.

Duration: Up to 90 days

Preference Cookies

Store your preferences so you do not need to reset them on each visit. For example, language or display settings if applicable.

Duration: Up to 12 months

Preferences saved

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services used on our website. These include:

  • Google Analytics — website usage statistics (if analytics cookies are enabled)
  • Google Ads — performance tracking for our adverts (if marketing cookies are enabled)
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — audience tracking for adverts (if marketing cookies are enabled)

These third parties operate under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.

4. Cookie Duration

  • Session cookies: Exist only while your browser is open. Deleted automatically when you close the browser.
  • Persistent cookies: Remain on your device for a set period (as noted above per category) or until you delete them manually.

Your cookie consent preference is stored in your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) and is retained for 12 months before you are asked again.

5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can also manage cookies directly in your browser. Below are general steps for common browsers.

Google Chrome
Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. Here you can block all cookies, allow all, or set exceptions. To delete existing cookies, go to Clear browsing data and select Cookies and other site data.
Mozilla Firefox
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. You can manage which sites can store cookies and delete existing data. Firefox also offers Enhanced Tracking Protection which can block many third-party trackers by default.
Apple Safari
Go to Preferences → Privacy. You can block all cookies or prevent cross-site tracking. To delete cookies, click Manage Website Data and remove specific sites or all data.
Microsoft Edge
Go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data. You can block third-party cookies and remove existing cookies per site or all at once.

Mobile browsers: Cookie settings on mobile are generally under the browser's Settings or Privacy menu. iOS Safari: Settings app → Safari → Privacy & Security. Android Chrome: Chrome menu → Settings → Site Settings → Cookies.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • You may withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time using the toggles above or via your browser settings
  • Disabling analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but may reduce our ability to show relevant content
  • Disabling essential cookies is not recommended as it may affect how the site functions
